怎麼練單槓,懇請賜教 - 伏地挺身

從七月初練到現在快一個月了沒甚麼長進耶大概一個禮拜練一次因為會肌肉痠痛本人伏地挺身一次做二十下就葛屁了記得國中的時候只能做五下就升天了當兵的時候單槓只能拉四下(剛剛入伍的時候一下都沒有)現在拉兩下就虛脫了體重68公斤我覺得負擔好大單槓只能拉兩下很難繼續練因為兩下就沒力了是
