我想問要怎麼讓手ㄓㄡˊ到手掌之間的那一段變壯,我目前舉雅齡只有訓練到手ㄓㄡˊ到肩膀那段,下面那段要怎麼訓練呢???順便問舉雅玲除了普通的手ㄓㄡˊ不動,首長向上舉起來,跟水平舉起,還有方法可以用嬤???
