1。我每天做仰臥起坐100下已經持續一個月了但是我卻沒有任何腹肌我是以30下為一個單位中間休息1~2分鐘是我做的姿勢不正確嗎還是次數不夠?我是以平躺雙腳彎曲起來兩個腳丫翹起來。。本人身高167體重50我不喜歡上健身房。。。可以對此下藥嗎不要po其他人家打好那種文章。。2。我想有點胸肌只可以�
