如題......小弟我上大夜班 最近想去健身房運動減肥跟健美練肌肉我大夜時間是晚上12點到早上8點我再想說不知要上完班就去運動到中午再回家吃中飯睡覺還是我從早上睡到傍晚六點去運動到9點多再回家休息一下然後再上班請問各位有在健身與醫學知識的帥哥美女們 這兩個時段哪個比較好?本人尿酸
