想增加肌肉或腹肌的話,最有效的方法是做什麼運動呢!那一天要做幾下或幾分鐘?我每天都做伏地挺身50下,仰臥起坐100下!青蛙跳30下,請問這樣做是不是有效?還是大大有更好的請提供!謝謝^^...Showmore
