我每天睡前都會做一些運動標準伏地挺身30下仰臥起坐50下12磅啞鈴左右手各30下請問要多久才能有好看的肌肉線條?我的肚子有點大大的會不會以後變成整塊的腹肌而不是六塊肌呢?這樣就好醜了謝謝大家的回覆︿︿...Showmore
