大大好...本人因為出過車禍,膝蓋骨折、腳踝也有脫臼!現在已休養完成!現在的缺點,腳不可以跑步,不可以跳!不太可以騎太久的腳踏車,也不可以跳舞幾乎運動都不可以.....我的身體很容易過敏,有靠中藥調理但是還是有限,希望可以改變自己得體質!嘴巴受不了美食得誘惑,體重一直沒變過!也�
