我是女的,52KG肥胖部位是臀部以下(上班族經常久坐><)想問一下~早餐只吃水煮馬鈴薯(偶而加一片火腿)這樣會容易肥胖嗎?午餐正常吃(但是吃飽就會睡覺,中午休息時間12點到1點30,吃飽大概就12.30了,我有嘗試不睡看看下午超累會打瞌睡那樣...)這樣是不是也容易肥胖...晚餐不吃只喝水吃水果以上這樣吃會
