是舉啞鈴好?還是做伏地挺身?目前只有在做伏地挺身一次只有10~20下(有時30下).每天都做了10幾次所以不知道有幾百下了.....雖然二頭肌是有比以前明顯一點但我想練的更漂亮舉亞鈴效果有比較好嗎?我身高175.我該舉多重?一次幾下?還是說伏地挺身效果比較好?...Showmore
