我今年15歲身高178體重60<給身高體重是為了讓大大了解我現在適合得方法>我想練<腹肌>跟<胸肌>剛做第一天的時候有試著作仰臥起坐但我發現要起身很難沒辦法整個作起來大概連45度都沒有吧我有聽人家說過 上來大概45度 中間停頓3秒不知道 是不是有效但我現在國中時期練好麻??我怕會��
