我國一~在別人眼裡我瘦瘦的~所以我想利用重量訓練來加強並練出腹肌和胸肌~伏地挺身是40下(1組10下最後一組用拳頭)仰臥起坐100下(1組25下)伏地挺身我的手都五指併攏腳也靠在一起下去大概快到地板了這樣正確嗎?還是要在加強?PS我不要別人的或者用其他網站找來的!...Showmore
