我晚上都在座伏地挺身30下仰臥起坐25下肢體前灣50下起問這樣有助多鍊小腹嗎而想訓練體能伏地挺身是必要的嗎其他時間我沒控作也不能吵到父母請問要如何做才能有效訓練身體
