上過健身房要怎麼練大概都會身材不敢說很好有些形狀...不過開始上課了沒有辦法在去上健身房再家只有伏地挺身拉拉單槓舉亞零這樣飲食中餐水煮晚上正常但是我的肌肉還是一直在消....我知道我現在練的量大不如前也很少有時間在跑步(有氧)訓練強度少很多肌肉會消但是起麻不要整個都縮回去嘛....想
