不要給我什麼廣告!!!!!!!本人再7月11號體重是70KG現在是67.5~68.5一直徘徊很懊惱我現在早餐中餐晚餐都維持在400-600卡之間吃飯錢會先喝無糖豆漿或是脫脂牛奶每天會去游泳>>>>蛙式1000M目前過了一個禮拜洗澡會做伏地挺身25下但是只瘦了1.5公斤是哪裡出問題嗎?還是運動量不夠?我也沒有喝飲料只喝無
