我覺得我的腿部肌肉蠻硬的,一直覺得很難瘦下來(._.)想請問和我類似的大大怎麼瘦下來的呢?最近在跳鄭多燕,擔心自己會不會越跳下半身越壯-_-#雖然很多網路訊息說跳鄭多燕不會變大隻佬,但是還是有不少訊息說肌肉變很硬〜不知道哪個訊息才是對的???還有像我這樣發達的下半身,跑步跟快走�
