我是高一生,最近想練一下身體~有幾個問題想問1.我身高173體重62請問一下為什麼我每次做伏地挺身做超過十下就會拉傷(隔天肩膀超酸)?仰臥起坐做超過15下就會拉傷(肚子地方也是)?2.那請問我上面這種狀況要怎麼半然後我做的時候是要"飯前"還"飯後"做??3.還有我有聽說做完之後不能喝水是真的
