我目前身高一百九十二公分體重快達一百四平常沒有運動而且根本沒有體能伏地挺身也幾乎做不起來但是朋友常常告訴我說我這個身材如果練起來再瘦一點會很好看我希望能練的跟摔角選手那種體格一樣而且我目前高中剛畢業需考慮到職場上需要體能以及肥胖的問題希望能夠請專業人士幫我做一份適合�
