1.想請問啞鈴上舉和抬舉啞鈴一般來說是要兩個啞鈴一起(左右各一)我是有一組但太重,但有另一隻16磅的(只有一隻)我可以一次只舉一隻手,過一下再換手嗎?這樣運動的部位會不會不一樣?有什麼影響嗎?2.後舉啞鈴的動作因為我做不來,我可以改用逆向伏地挺身的動作代替嗎?3.因為我本身過胖165/73,利用重量��
