假若不去重訓!自己練,本身有在跳地板!腹肌其實沒去練它就有成形了!只是想請教!如何練左側腹肌,雖然有形狀但是比起右邊感覺特別不明顯!另外~上胸要如何練!一定要去重訓比較好練嗎!還是平常就能自己練出來??謝謝
