我是女生一個禮拜2.3次慢跑10圈每次跑完我都會按摩小腿但是我朋友說她有一個女生常常慢跑減肥上半身變壯?就是有肌肉,有可能嗎??==我哥說慢跑不會變壯,除非是受過重量訓練才會變成肌肉我慢跑是跑超慢的....不趕跑有點快跑完10圈,全身燃燒一樣,熱熱的有流汗我是減肥才慢跑,一方面可以增加肺
