我早.午餐都正常吃.晚餐吃水果晚上都會慢跑2個小時平均50秒到60秒一圈(1)慢跑能瘦全身嗎(2)還有我不想要腿變粗!浮力挺身跟仰臥起坐都40下無聊也會跳繩500~1000下(3)1個月能瘦多少@@跑完大概就睡了16歲...(4)夠不夠?需要增加嗎?一圈200公尺(5)我從70減到58之後就好難減為什麼(6)我想減到52可能嗎回答題號@@...S
