都只是小運動一周內大概都是伏地挺身100,仰臥起坐60,倒立約5-10分,起立蹲下60,倒立伏地挺身20-30像這樣少量的運動,是否會讓我肌肉萎縮退化???我以前運動量都是這些的七八倍左右P.S.這是一周內我真的很怕自己辛苦鍛鍊的腹肌,橫紋肌退化甚至消失>"
