其實我覺得健身好像比瘦身更難.我做了仰臥起坐一個多月有了我原本是圓滾滾的肚子現在好像有那麼一點效果看出來了可是我想更快速的看出效果我現在平均每天只做150下仰臥起坐而已..接下來要上班了只有晚上能做而且還要補習..我想問有沒有什麼更好的健身方法我不需要大肌肉可是我想要有線條出��
