請問一下噢我重訓(都沒有很激烈跑跑步健健身而已)或整脊完(把身體凹來凹去然後拔罐)身體下盤(後腰骨盆?感覺不是肌肉的痛)跑步或原地跳都會很酸痛耶那感覺有一點難描述,就是慢跑會非常難以忍受的酸楚請問這是什麼原因呢?噢我有一點脊椎側彎是因為這些活動稍微矯正回來所以會酸痛嗎��
