我身高168....体重71-73....目前每天睡前會做100-200下的揚握起做~~在晚上十一點半左右會去跑個4-6公里...服力挺身30-50下,舉啞鈴4公斤的,兩手各練100下。早上一個起士三明治,一天喝一平"青心服泉的烏龍綠茶",及2000cc左右的開水,中午吃一個便當,或一個紫米香菇團。晚上一個麵包~有時比較餓會�
