我身高160體重58國二一天:伏利挺身20下舉啞鈴20下仰臥起坐10下夠嗎我朋友說一天不用太多不要中斷都會有肌肉他都建議伏利挺身仰臥起坐各10下不中斷就好我覺得太少更本沒用所以我伏利挺身20下舉啞鈴20下仰臥起坐10下要多我覺得至少要40下但是我怕我國2太早練肌肉漲不高所以不太激烈我這樣伏利挺身20
