我去健身房做重量訓練,教練跟我講說重量做到明天會酸痛才算有做到重量訓練的效果。可是我目前的重量只可以舉8~10下,如果在增重我只能舉5~6下吧,但組數不變。那是目前的重量做完,組數5組,明天睡醒身體還是不會酸痛,是不是我現在就該選擇增重~然後舉5~6下,然後組數不變,才會有效果?...Sho
