我身高171cm體重53kg看起來很像排骨,穿衣服也都鬆垮垮的不好看我想在這個暑假開始用游泳和健身來讓自己變壯請問游泳對肌肉成長有幫助嗎?如果想要有胸肌,要多游甚麼式呢?健身是要身體上有點肉再去健身嗎?還有飲食方面該如何調整我想用「健康」的方式讓自己慢慢變壯謝謝^^20點奉上不要廣告推銷
