我159cm最近一個月吃的太多熱量高的東西讓我從46胖到49公斤>0<想在瘦回來早餐都吃1個饅頭[早餐店那種大饅頭]中餐吃學校熱食部賣的湯麵[先喝湯在吃麵]晚餐就吃學校定的便當差不多吃2/3而已因為學校要晚自習所以5點40之前就吃完了睡前總是習慣喝一杯統一機能優酪乳or低指牛奶有時偶爾吃個水果睡
