我身高165體重80公斤...之前有在運動...但是手腕斷掉開刀後...休息一個多月就變成現在的80公斤了!!我該怎麼運用這兩項來練我身上的肥肉呢!!了解的人請幫幫我吧...o123nnsdf!!這是我的即時通...請加我好友!!當我的指導師吧!!
