請問肌肉要怎麼練呢?我只想練手臂和肚子我不想在買器材我目前手邊有大支的彈簧棒.啞鈴12公斤的(我拿去秤).和滾輪請問一天要練幾下?還是要練幾十分鐘呢?我彈簧棒頂多50下就累死了那個滾輪我可以做頂多5下感覺沒什麼效果因為我練散打和自由搏擊多年.已經從高級畢業了教練說我的拳很沉.夠力.但如�
