我想要瘦肚子 - 仰臥起坐

若是我每天仰臥起坐70下也不吃零食消夜還有飲料的話不吃炸的勾芡的飯也不吃太多這樣有辦法受下肚子和體重嗎?這樣會不會營養受影響?不要建議我吃藥品
