我是女生,我對自己的身材還蠻要求的,我每天都固定做50下仰臥起坐,可是最近卻覺得大腿不夠緊實,手臂還有腰部及腹部和側腹肌也都不夠緊實,所以我想問大家有沒有簡單幾個動作就可以練起來的?我還想要翹屁屁,麻煩大家了。如果有圖片或影片更好=]謝謝大家。
