我身高175體重58現在每天都舉12磅啞鈴舉到沒有力氣再舉最後一下就喊停還有用握力器也是握到不能在握還有做伏地挺身40下仰臥起坐50下然後覺得腳沒練到看起來會很虛所以我用雙腳貼地手靠頭上蹲下去再起來反覆做到我累為止每天大約花10~20分鐘因為會流大量的汗所以都馬上去洗澡請問做完馬上洗澡會
