我現在是國三生,身高172左右50公斤因為我很瘦所以一直都在練肌肉,因為想要好看一點所以想問關於練肌肉的問題...我每天都50下伏地挺身。50下仰臥起坐。大概30下啞鈴。這樣做很多嗎?每天都做因為已經成了習慣。然後我想問問看我的腹肌形狀很奇怪,要怎麼練到六塊肌又漂亮呢?...Showmore
