最近我在家裡自己舉啞鈴,我一次大概舉15下,我知道這個重量可能有點太輕,可是我第一組可以舉到15下,但第二組大概11.12下就沒力了,第三組7.8下吧==+,我應該就舉到舉不起來的那個次數就好還是要硬撐呢??舉不起來的時候我都會休息個10秒吧,再舉,舉個兩三下舉不起來再休息==+不只練二頭,伏地
