-請詳答謝謝-本人的手臂很弱最近為了打保齡球想要加強手臂的力量那應該算是握力方面的訓練吧不過由於本身沒做過啥訓練(除了好幾個月以前的每天固定舉300下很輕的啞鈴之外)平常真的啥訓練都沒做所以只要提供訊練手臂的訊息都可以本人體重8X身高17X算是過重體態學生每天大約下午五點會回到家中�
