因為我對於健身在\"半生不熟\"的狀態所以請大家幫幫忙~給我一點建議囉基本上小弟我的訓練方式如下禮拜一休息禮拜二(健身胸腹)仰臥起坐禮拜三休息禮拜四(有氧運動(游泳))仰臥起坐禮拜五(健身肩背)仰臥起坐禮拜六(有氧運動(跑步))仰臥起坐禮拜日(有氧運動(跑步))仰臥起坐這樣持續了一個月多��
