我的身高是170CM,目前的體重是95KG,我一直努力想瘦下來,在網路上參考了許多朋友的意見,但許多方面都與我目前的生活形態有很大的差異,其中一項是網友建議我晚餐不要吃,但是偏偏我的生活習慣是我早餐不吃我不會餓,中餐不吃我也不會覺得餓,但晚餐就算我早餐、中餐都吃的很多,我還是會�
