手上有啞鈴22磅的一對........我身高16660KG上下22歲男生說來丟臉我已經3年多沒有從事任何運動然後菸不離口...發現體力變差.....3年多前體力還算OK跑16006分多跑300015分算差.....而那時候也是跟大卡車做苦力的都可以搬運20~40公斤的貨物一整天沒問題....那時都不用健身的顆顆~~~可是那都3年多以前了........想��
