我是女生,月經小四就來了...從那時147公分到現在小六才152...參考了許多知識檔案,都說要多喝牛奶,跳繩or吃鈣片or睡眠、飲食充足。我的飲食沒問題,睡眠也還好...就是沒有每天跳繩、喝牛奶。而且,我的遺傳基因又不是多好><....看著同學一天比一天高,不免產生自卑。況且,家人或許不會同意
