我是男生身高約174體重67高1原本國中體重一度到77後來瘦下來了不過就是還有很多贅肉尤其是胸部還被同學笑所以我想趁暑假的時候瘦下來!拜託各位大大幫我了聽說運動可以讓胸部結實還有飲食控制所以我想要詳細一點的例如:有哪些運動可以專胸部、腹部的贅肉順便練結實一點!
