本人目前180CM、66KG現在大一有再去健身房練身體我想問各位專家假如我想要把身體變壯(想練腹肌和二頭肌)是否要健身完1小時內吃蛋白質的食物???是否要吃飽??另外健身還有什麼要注意的??
