我26歲,164CM,54KG,前陣子長出了六塊腹肌,還持續在健身要把胸、臂...練好,最近都練的二頭肌跟背肌痠痛,教練說我最近飲食比例最好是,醣(飯)*4拳,蛋白(肉類、豆...)*5拳,蔬菜水果和水各3拳,買了健身會員跟教練課程我就沒錢買高蛋白飲料,所以想從飲食著手,但是網路把攝取蛋白質講的很可��
