我163公分83公斤很明顯超標!我現在早上固定起床喝水600CC休息半小時候做伏地挺身10下左右扭腰30下抬腳拉筋左右各30仰臥起坐30下X4次外加揮拳100下休息半小在去上課早餐吃巧克力吐司+去脂牛奶中餐吃冬粉+高麗菜(滷味)然後晚上跑步操場最外圍最少4圈不停早上跟晚上坐完幾乎汗流浹背沒喝飲料(也不完全�
