體能訓練(重量訓練)的問題 - 跑步

早上類似青蛙跳,但膝蓋微彎,然後往上跳1組,訓練小腿跑步800或1600早上7~8點?還是4~5點跑?哪個比較好?(要跑800或1600看個人體質嗎?)晚上舉啞鈴(重量不確定)左右手各一組,訓練手部(過30分鐘~1小時)扶地挺身訓練身體,1組我1組大概21下請問一下,我這樣排行嗎?每天都這樣做,會有傷害嗎?我今年17歲還有我這樣做��
