小弟我因上班是中班的緣故!所以每天是上班下午4點到晚上12點下班!回到家剛好差不多12點半!到家後我會習慣開者電腦聽音樂.然後做運動!每天啞鈴200下.仰臥起坐150下!高抬腿100下!偶而還會做做腹肌滾輪!但我突然發覺!我這樣鍛練好像一點計畫都沒有!我也知道凌晨時間鍛鍊身體!好像違反生理法則!但我已�
