肌肉痠痛是否還要繼續練? - 伏地挺身

如標題每次做完體能訓練之後身體部分肌肉都會痠痛大概持續兩天請問...如果要讓肌肉成長是不是要在痠痛還沒消失之前繼續練體能是不是如果等到痠痛沒了再做之前做的就白做了?以及...如果我要練胸肌除了做伏地挺身還有沒有其他方式可以訓練(不需要大型器具的)
