我每週運動一次就是打保齡球一口氣打完六局打完之後全身超熱的說而且也持續了3年從不間斷就算大雨天.大熱天都照打雖然我知道運動333的法則不過我不想太累也不想流汗夾背所以只好打保齡球除了保齡球..我再也沒做其他運動了請問一下我的運動量算足嗎還是不足啊這樣子身體機能還會衰退嗎請告訴
