我個人是體重64公斤174公分,我本身有長跑的習慣,加上重訓上次量體脂肪的時候只剩13%可想而知我肌肉比例很大但我想減到60公斤但是我想瘦的是脂肪不是肌肉請問我這樣體脂肪已經過低了還能在減脂肪嗎會不會有問題ㄚ?
